ResoX was built to be that first step. At the heart of the platform is AIDA, an AI Dispute Advisor powered by GPT-4 that sits with users and walks them through their situation in plain, calm, conversational language. AIDA asks the right questions, understands the key factors of the dispute, and then does two things: it recommends the most appropriate resolution pathway, whether that is negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation, and it connects the user with a pre-vetted Dispute Resolution Professional whose specialism, jurisdiction, and language are the right fit for their case.
Building something that helps people navigate a high-stakes, emotionally charged situation requires getting a lot of things right at once. Here is what made this genuinely difficult.
AIDA needed to guide users meaningfully through their situation without giving legal advice. Every question and recommendation had to be structured, neutral, and genuinely useful, without overstepping into territory that requires a licence.
The platform needed to handle many users simultaneously across different legal contexts and languages, without slowing down or degrading the quality of the guidance experience.
Once AIDA completed its assessment, everything the user shared needed to carry forward to the professional automatically, so the user never had to start over and the professional arrived informed.
Finding the right professional is not just about category. Specialism, jurisdiction, preferred language, and availability all shape whether a match is useful or not.

Zimozi Solutions was chosen to develop AIDA, an innovative AI-powered Dispute Advisor designed to streamline the dispute resolution process. AIDA, developed by Resox, integrates the sophisticated capabilities of ChatGPT 4.0, providing an all-encompassing support system that enhances efficiency and accuracy in identifying the best dispute resolution professionals for users’ legal needs.
We built AIDA’s conversational layer using Google Dialogflow CX and GPT-4 working closely together.
Dialogflow CX manages the structure of the conversation, ensuring AIDA always knows where it is in the assessment and what it still needs to understand.
GPT-4 handles the language, making every response feel natural, empathetic, and clear, even when the topics are sensitive or complicated.
When the assessment is complete, a smart-matching engine takes the profile AIDA has built and searches the professional network for the right fit, filtering across specialism, jurisdiction, and preferred language. A structured case ticket is created automatically and routed to the matched professional with the full conversation context attached, so the handoff is clean and the professional arrives prepared.
The entire backend runs serverless on AWS Lambda, with MongoDB handling session state and case continuity across every interaction.

AWS Lambda and Node.js power the backend, giving the platform the capacity to handle real-world demand across different legal contexts and languages without performance loss.
